AMO Technician – Electromechanical II

Role Overview: You will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and inspecting electro‐mechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
* Follow formal procedures and maintenance practices; comply with HS&E policies.
* Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non‐conforming equipment.
* Provide coaching to other technicians.
* Perform complex tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
* Lead teams in developing and implementing midterm plans.
* Persuade senior management to change structures and ways of working.
Qualifications
* Proficient with multimeters, megohmmeters, hi‐pot testers, oscilloscopes, and other basic instruments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
* Advanced soldering and assembly skills for electro‐mechanical devices.
* Technical diploma or associate's degree in electrical or mechanical field plus advanced computer skills.
* Knowledge of fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, electro‐mechanical devices.
* 2+ years maintenance‐related experience in electro‐mechanical function or relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, electronics).
* Ability to present a clear vision on strategy and support own unit.
* Logical troubleshooting techniques to identify and communicate technical problems.
