Currently seeking an experienced, hands-on, creative & financially proficient Head Chef to lead their team and really make this role your own. What You'll Do: * Lead service in a busy pub atmosphere with a medium sized, tight-knit team. * Bring creative ability & passion to elevate pub cuisine above and beyond modern standards. * Oversee all ordering, stock take, and cost control. * Deliver accurate financial reporting and achieve ongoing cost targets. * Supervise and mentor junior staff members. * Write and manage rosters. * Build a culture of passion, precision, and exceptional service. About You: * Previous experience of mid- to high-volume similar service. * Strong financial awareness and experience reporting. * Hands-on service background and industry awareness. * Team player, willing to train and support junior staff. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Full Australian working rights, there is no sponsorship offered in this role.
