Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our Tours division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of tour guides, develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and efficiency, and promote sustainable employment and cultural engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Tours division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective service delivery and logistics management.
* Develop and implement team rostering strategies to maximize revenue and efficiency.
* Drive the recruitment, training, and development of Indigenous and non-Indigenous tour guides.
* Maintain key stakeholder relationships, including Parks Australia and Traditional Owners.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven leadership in high-volume tourism operations with experience in remote or regional Australia.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, financial planning, and team development.
* Driver's license mandatory and Kakadu knowledge highly regarded.
