* Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Quality Control: Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
* Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and ordering of food supply as directed.
* Experience: Min 2 years of commercial kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
* Availability: Availability to work weekends and evenings.
* Certification: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Food Safety: Current Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain)
