Finance Leader - Global Expansion
Your Reformer is seeking a high-performing Finance Controller to join our executive team. As a strategic leader, you will own the financial strategy that supports our global expansion and help drive sustainable growth.
This role offers the perfect opportunity for a finance professional looking to step up and lead at the strategic level in a fast-growing company. You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale our business profitably.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader in a complex, fast-growing organisation. They will have deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making, as well as exceptional ability to build systems, controls, and insights for scaling companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the company's financial vision and strategy, aligning with our mission and growth goals.
* Develop and execute long-term financial models and capital strategies to support international expansion, product innovation, and operational scaling.
* Partner with the CEO on investment planning, and capital efficiency to ensure a healthy balance between growth and profitability.
* Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Founders, presenting actionable insights and clear financial narratives.
Financial Operations & Governance
* Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounting, and compliance.
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies.
* Build and refine systems to enhance financial visibility, efficiency, and control.
* Manage tax, audit, and regulatory relationships across international jurisdictions.
Data, Insights & Performance Management
* Establish a data-led culture by delivering meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide executive decision-making.
* Implement business intelligence tools and scalable reporting frameworks.
* Translate financial data into actionable commercial insights to drive performance in sales, operations, supply chain, and product.
* Lead a high-performing finance team, mentoring emerging talent and instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
* Foster collaboration across departments to ensure financial understanding and ownership company-wide.
* Partner with People & Culture to align compensation, benefits, and headcount strategies with business performance.
