The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Client Experience and Marketing, you will oversee the Marketing and Communications team and play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and implementing engaging communications that support our strategic client experience goals. Your strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success. You will bring a high level of practical and strategic experience with print, digital and social media platforms, complemented by exceptional written communication, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and manage a team of three, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Drive the Marketing team to collaborate with internal stakeholders, various organisations, industry and community to develop, create and write engaging and relevant brand communications.
* Manage print and web publications as well as communications to communal, local and other industry media outlets.
* Create and maintain a digital content calendar covering social media and email marketing, liaising with stakeholders from across the organisation to ensure timing and messaging fits with overarching brand communications and the organisation's strategic priorities.
* Deliver monthly marketing reports.
* Measure the impact of social media and other print, digital and email marketing campaigns, analyse, review and report on their effectiveness.
Essential Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, marketing/advertising, public relations or a related field.
* Proven background in journalism, editorial, or publishing, with experience in interviewing, writing, editing and producing publications.
* Exceptional writing and copy‐editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive, engaging and accurate content across print and digital formats.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
* Previous experience managing and leading teams.
* Awareness of Jewish community, customs and values, with the ability to reflect these appropriately in communications and stakeholder engagement.
* Willingness to travel to other sites as per operational requirements.
