This is a great opportunity for an Associate with 2–4 years' experience in real estate to join a nationally integrated practice working on some of the most significant commercial property transactions in Queensland and across Australia. It's an appealing move if you're looking for broader exposure than a typical Brisbane property role, particularly if you want to build capability across capital transactions, development, leasing and fund‐related real estate work while working closely with senior specialists on complex matters.
You'll work alongside an experienced real estate adviser whose practice spans major institutional investors, developers and infrastructure managers. The team advises across the full lifecycle of commercial property, including major asset acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, leasing portfolios and property aspects of large infrastructure projects. The scale and complexity of the work mean you'll see steady progression in both technical depth and client engagement as your capability grows.
The structure is well set up for development, with supportive senior lawyers, regular feedback and increasing responsibility through years 3–4 PQE. As your experience builds, you'll have the opportunity to broaden into development or real estate investment work or deepen your focus on transactional matters, depending on your interests.
