The Role

Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will provide proactive administration and support for major capital projects, including growth initiatives such as the mill expansion, village upgrade and extension.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

* Preparing, editing, and proofreading project documentation and templates
* Supporting operational and maintenance data searches, including asset histories and technical specifications
* Coordinating logistics for project teams, including procurement, flights, accommodation and roster management
* Assisting with contractor mobilisations, inductions, and competency checks
* Liaising with Document Control and IT teams to manage project documentation on SharePoint and other technology platforms
* Supporting project controls, including schedule and budget reporting
* Assisting with testing and implementation of new technology platforms


About You


Skills

* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 2 years' experience in project administration, preferably in mining or resources
* High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
* Advanced skills in MS Word and intermediate skills in MS Excel
* Experience managing flights, accommodation, and rosters (desirable)
* Exposure to Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Pronto (desirable)
* Ability to meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using CMMS for asset and maintenance data management in a fixed plant environment (desirable)
