As our new Practice Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our clinic. This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with the owners, lead a dedicated clinical and administrative team, and put your stamp on the systems, culture, and future success of a growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth day‐to‐day running of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and optimal doctor workflow.
* Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support our reception, nursing, allied health and administrative staff, fostering a cooperative and positive workplace culture.
* Financial Management: Oversee billing processes, Medicare/PRODA claims, liaise with bookkeeping and payroll.
* Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to RACGP standards, workplace health and safety (WHS), and privacy regulations, leading the practice through regular accreditation cycles.
* Business Growth & Marketing: Partner with the owners to implement marketing strategies, manage online bookings, and optimize practice efficiency.
* HR & Recruitment: Assist with the onboarding, training, and performance management of non‐clinical staff.
About You:
* Proven experience in medical practice management or a senior medical administration/reception role within an Australian GP clinic (essential).
* Strong knowledge of Medicare billing, PRODA, and general practice compliance/accreditation processes.
* Proficiency with mainstream GP clinical software (e.g., Best Practice or MedicalDirector).
* Exceptional communication and conflict‐resolution skills, with the ability to build rapport with doctors, staff, and patients alike.
* A proactive, problem‐solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Financial literacy (experience with Xero or similar accounting software is highly regarded).
