What you'll be doing
* Leading day‐to‐day kitchen operations across service, prep and staffing
* Driving consistency, quality and pace during high‐volume trade
* Building, mentoring and developing the kitchen team
* Managing rostering, labour and food costs
* Working closely with senior leadership on menu execution and business performance
* Maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef in a high‐volume restaurant – Japanese cuisine experience ideal, Asian cuisine experience essential
* Strong leadership skills and calm, confident service management
* Solid understanding of food cost, labour and kitchen operations
* Someone who leads by example and builds strong teams
* A genuine love for hospitality and fast‐paced restaurants
