With an exciting busy Outlet at the Perth DFO, we are on the lookout for a meticulous and highly organised Back of House Manager to lead stock operations and ensure seamless inventory management.We're searching for a Back of House Manager to lead stock operations for a globally recognised fashion brand based in the Perth DFO.

* Join a certified 'Great Place to Work' as voted by our client's employees.Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and train Stock Associates to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
* Oversee all incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Maintain stockroom organisation and ensure inventory is processed efficiently.
* Work closely with the Store Manager and Merchandising to support strategic business needs.
* Monitor and action inventory discrepancies, filing claims when necessary.
* Ensure all products are floor-ready, correctly tagged, and priced in alignment with promotions.
* Assist in annual stocktakes and continuously drive improvements in inventory accuracy.
* Uphold loss prevention strategies and meet company audit standards.Experience Required:* Proven experience in back-of-house operations, stockroom management, or logistics within retail.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
* A proactive problem solver who can drive efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
* Strong collaborative mindset, working effectively with front-of-house teams.
