About Our Supply Chain Team

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare purchase requests for quotations from approved suppliers on our vendor list to ensure timely delivery and quality materials.
2. Manage and maintain the list of suppliers within our vendor management system to guarantee seamless procurement processes.
3. SOURCE VENDORS/SUPPLIERS FOR MATERIALS AND SUBCONTRACT NEEDS TO MEET PROJECT DEADLINES AND BUDGET CONSTRAINTS.
4. Analyze and negotiate offers received from suppliers to ensure commercial verification and cost-effectiveness.
5. Evaluate proposals from vendors for technical compliance and cost-effectiveness.
6. Compile a summary of final recommendations for the requesting business unit to facilitate informed decision-making.
7. Review contract terms and conditions in coordination with our legal and contract management team to minimize risks and optimize benefits.
8. Maintain relationships with suppliers in accordance with internal governance and compliance requirements to foster trust and cooperation.
9. Negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing and offers that meet our project needs.
10. Participate in vendor qualification processes to ensure only reliable and competent suppliers are engaged.
11. Support our procurement manager in complex negotiations to secure the best possible outcomes.
12. Assist our procurement manager in preparing procurement plans to align with project objectives and timelines.
13. Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our supply chain functions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field.
* At least 6 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
