Your Next Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at our Blueys Beach Kokomo Lifestyle Community site and lead the way in delivering exceptional experience for our residents. At Ingenia Kokomo, we're all about creating a relaxed, vibrant coastal lifestyle where residents feel connected, cared for, and inspired. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving community. In this Role, You'll
* Ensure the community feels cared for and well-maintained, with clean, comfortable spaces and beautiful gardens that residents can enjoy.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families, listening with empathy and responding to individual needs to support health and wellbeing.
* Lead a compassionate team, providing guidance and encouragement so they deliver exceptional service with patience and respect.
* Manage day-to-day operations and compliance, including budgets, safety standards, and contractor performance, to keep everything running smoothly.
* Organise meaningful social activities and events, creating opportunities for connection, joy, and a sense of belonging within the community.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Have experience in a similar role within community or property management.
* Have strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
* Have financial acumen and administrative expertise.
* Are able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
* Hold a current First Aid Certificate, and valid driver's licence.
You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
