Our organization is seeking a passionate and organized Vinnies Van Services Coordinator to lead our Wagga Van operations.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day Vinnies Van operations and support activities
* Recruit, train and inspire volunteers to provide exceptional service
* Build strong community partnerships and encourage donations and sponsorships
* Maintain compliance with WHS, food handling and governance standards
* Foster a collaborative, values-driven culture across the Wagga team
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with experience in community services, volunteer coordination or program delivery. You will also need strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a hands-on, people-first approach with great organisational skills.
