What you'll be doing
* Lead, coach and develop a national sales team across business development and account management
* Build and execute a clear go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and new opportunities
* Grow major account relationships and form strategic partnerships
* Support the team with major client negotiations, complex sales opportunities, and deal conversion
* Lift sales performance through clear KPIs, pipeline discipline and stronger accountability
What you'll bring
* Proven sales leadership experience in a national or senior sales management role
* Strong track record of growing revenue and leading high-performing sales teams
* Experience managing BDMs, Account Managers or relationship-led sales teams
* Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders, major clients and commercial negotiations
* A practical, hands‐on leadership style with strong commercial acumen
