This is a rare opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader ready to step into a highly influential role where strategy, leadership and commercial performance collide. You'll be responsible for driving results across multiple venues, developing Venue Managers, strengthening culture and ensuring every site performs at its highest potential. What's in it for you?Lead and influence a diverse portfolio of hospitality venues High level of autonomy with genuine impact on business performance Work alongside an experienced senior leadership team Strong internal progression and long‐term career development Join a business that values innovation, leadership and people‐first culture What do you do?Lead, coach and develop Venue Managers to deliver exceptional operational and financial performance Monitor venue sales, labour, customer experience and business data across your region Analyse P&Ls, rostering, sales and performance trends to identify opportunities and drive profitability Develop business strategies, 90‐day sales plans and venue growth initiatives Partner with marketing teams to deliver campaigns, promotions and activations that drive trade Support recruitment, succession planning and leadership development across the region Drive strong workplace culture, team engagement and performance accountability Act as an escalation point for customer, people and operational matters Ensure best‐practice compliance across licensing, WH&S, food safety and venue operations Champion innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence across your patch What do you need?Proven experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager or multi‐site hospitality leader Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing P&Ls, labour, budgets and venue performance Demonstrated success leading and developing Venue Managers and leadership teams Experience overseeing high‐volume hospitality operations across multiple sites Strong strategic thinking and ability to make data‐led operational decisions Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of compliance, licensing and hospitality legislation Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce which values all backgrounds and experiences.
