The Role
We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Yatala facility.
You'll oversee delivery, drive efficiency through Lean processes, and lead a high-performing team to ensure safety, quality, and precision across all projects.
Responsibilities
Manage switchboard production and workshop operations
Own and embed HSEQ culture
Drive efficiency and implement continuous improvement
Lead, coach, and develop your team
Provide technical advice and risk mitigation support
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
What You'll Bring
5+ years as a Production/Delivery Manager in manufacturing (switchboards/switchrooms/kiosks ideal)
Solid leadership and communication skills
Proven ability in Lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements
Solid understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations
