Our Client is a boutique private hospital offering a range of procedures and clinical services. This state of the art facility delivers uncompromising care to their patients.
Working as a key member of the patient accounts team your responsibilities will include:
- Full Function Accounts Receivable
- Accurate high-volume receipting and allocation of payments
- Collection calls and efficiently handling any admin duties required by customers
- Reimbursements
- Completion of all month end reconciliations
- Generating monthly statements and processing reminders
- Investigating and resolving queries, relating to non-payment of invoices
To be successful in this role you will be have following skills and attributes:
- Experience in a similar environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience working with medical patient accounts would be an advantage
