We are seeking a talented individual to join our Recovre team at Marsh. This role will be based in Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Recovre's Rehabilitation Counsellors build trust with clients and collaborate with all stakeholders to support safe and sustainable recovery and return to work. They work within a multi‐disciplinary team sharing their expertise to achieve exceptional health outcomes.
What you will do
* Build trust with your client and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
* Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury and collaborate to problem‐solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence
* Work in a multi‐disciplinary team and share your expertise with others
* Conduct thorough assessments including Vocational, Pre‐Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace and Ergonomic assessments
* Manage case management and reporting
* Travel to clients with flexible work‐from‐home and office base arrangements
What you need to have
* Full ASORC membership or AHPRA registration
* Preference for Rehabilitation Counselling experience
