Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. We are looking for a Night Auditor to oversee resort operations during overnight hours. The Night Auditor will handle after‐hours guest enquiries, check‐ins/check‐outs, security inspections, public area maintenance, and front‐office transactions.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests.
* Respond to after‐hours guest enquiries and complete check‐ins/check‐outs.
* Conduct routine security checks and noise monitoring.
* Perform light cleaning duties in public areas.
* Assist with clerical and reception tasks, including balancing front‐office transactions.
* Maintain accurate records and handovers for the morning team.
Qualifications
* Confidence to work autonomously and handle emergency or safety situations.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete clerical and light cleaning tasks.
* Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
* Security or hospitality experience is advantageous, but not essential – we provide training and support for the right candidate.
