The Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who can manage procurement categories, contracts, and supplier relationships while working on key improvement projects. This role will suit someone with a keen eye for innovation, a practical understanding of what can be achieved, and a focus on delivering better outcomes for the business.


What You'll Do

* Develop and implement supply strategies that support business goals.
* Work on procurement-related projects aimed at improving products and processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for innovation and practical improvements.
* Manage supplier relationships and ensure that contracts are reviewed regularly.
* Ensure accurate data is collected and used effectively to inform decisions.
* Maintain high service standards when working with internal customers.


What You'll Bring

You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture. We are seeking someone with experience in procurement, supplier management, or sourcing in a large complex organisation who can manage projects independently. Highly regarded if you have CIPS, Chartered Accountancy, or Contract Law qualifications. You'll need strong data skills, with the ability to use insights to drive better performance. A customer-focused mindset is essential, as you'll work closely with internal teams to provide excellent service.

Please be advised that our hybrid work model entails three office days and two remote workdays per week. This structure aims to enhance efficiency and teamwork while upholding a harmonious work flexibility.
