Workforce Extensions Ballarat are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Revolution Print for a motivated and reliable Print Production Operator to join their high achieving production team.
This is a full-time, permanent role working the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.
A Day in the Life at Revo
This hands‑on, practical role will see you right in the thick of production. You'll be operating a range of finishing equipment, assisting your teammates, and helping deliver some of the best print products in the country.
Your day will include:
Setting up and monitoring sticker sheet laser cutting equipment
Assisting the team with guillotining business card gangs and other finishing tasks
Operating finishing gear such as folders, laminators and binding equipment
Assembling, packaging and performing quality checks
Problem solving and experimenting to keep things running smoothly
Working both solo and as part of a close, supportive team
What We're Looking For
Industry experience is not essential, but a passion for quality and a keen eye for detail are. Revolution Print will provide on‑the‑job training and guidance to help you develop the technical skills required.
You'll bring:
A robust commitment to full‑time hours, Monday to Friday
The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy
A positive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
An interest in tech, making things, or creative production work
Valuable attention to detail – especially with colours, textures, and alignment
