About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team KIS team and assist with the coordination and facilitation of the Kindergarten Inclusion Support Program (KIS) in a part-time role (0.5) fixed term until July 2027. We have a large team of casual and part-time kindergarten assistants who support the inclusion of children in funded three and four year old kindergarten programs across the region. The KIS coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the KIS program, including rostering of staff, recruitment, supervision and liaising with kindergartens and additional assistants. This role will work in conjunction with our current KIS Coordinators, under the supervision of the Therapy Education & Support Manager and in accordance with the KIS Guidelines. * Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
* Committed to providing exceptional quality service to our stakeholders and additional assistants
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Certificate IV in Business/Office Administration or equivalent is highly regarded
* Previous experience in working in Kindergartens or in an Intake/Rostering position (or similar) essential

Days and time - we are flexible if you wish to work 9-5pm or prefer shorter days over the week, we do require someone who can work on Fridays to assist in coverage of the program. This position is a part‐time role, working 38 hours per fortnight (0.5 FTE), and is offered on a fixed‐term contract until July 2027.
