TEMP DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (3 month contract)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Document Control Officer to join our team on a 3-month contract.
You will play a key role in ensuring our documentation is clear, consistent, compliant, and easy for staff to access and use.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update Rosewood's suite of policies, procedures, and templates.
* Manage document control systems, ensuring version integrity, review schedules, and accessibility.
* Ensure all documentation complies with legislative, regulatory, and registration requirements.
* Coordinate policy and procedure reviews with document owners and relevant stakeholders.
About You
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information
* Experience working with policies and procedural documentation
* Highly organised, with the ability to work independently
* Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. healthcare, government) is advantageous
