The Organisation

Australian Catholic Safeguarding Ltd (ACSL) works with the Catholic Church in Australia to support the maintenance of a Safe Church for everyone. ACSL provides a range of services to the Church to support their implementation of the National Catholic Safeguarding Standards, a framework for the protection and care of adults at risk and children.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Professional Development & Programs, you will play an important role in supporting learners and the functions of the professional learning team, including support of the ACSL Learning Platform. Specifically, you will:

* Assist new learners with onboarding and enrolment processes
* Respond to enquiries and provide guidance and timely information to stakeholders
* Update and maintain records, program details and associated learning resources
* Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, webinars, workshops and learning programs
* Provide general administrative support, manage correspondence and delivery logistics
* Collaborate with the wider team to identify learning management system process improvements to enhance learner experience
Skills Required

Your experience will preferably be within the training or education sector, including knowledge of administrative, training, customer service or student support processes. You bring an approach to your work that is collaborative, adaptable and positive, and you can demonstrate the following:

* Proficiency with technology including LMS, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite
* Passion for providing high quality customer service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively with strong organisational skills
* Versed in working with confidential and sensitive information
* Commitment to working within a Catholic Church context and with safeguarding principles
* Ideally a relevant qualification in customer service, business administration or similar field
