About The Role
Have the opportunity to help lead the OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for their child in a specialist school setting
Help Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
High staff to student ratio to ensure every child's individual needs are met (1:2, 1:1, 2:1)
Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice
Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager
Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks
Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised care
Career development and progression pathways.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Program Manager role will have the following:
* You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
* Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services
* Confidence in behavioural management for children with high and complex needs
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Requirements
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:
* Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit www.acecqa.gov.au
* Must be available to work during service hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm and during school holiday periods (8:30am - 5.30pm)
* EmployeeWorking with Children Checkvalid in Victoria
* Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
* Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
* Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check
