Qualifications (indicate whether mandatory or desired)
* Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
* At least five (5) years appropriate industry experience (mandatory)
* At least twelve (12) months experience working with ServiceNow (mandatory)
* Previous experience of IT operations in a large organization (desirable)
* Excellent knowledge/experience in the application of Agile and lean approaches
* Proven capability in contributing to the strategic direction of a department.
