Job Description
* Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
* Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
* Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
* Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
* Patient Care - provide outstanding care to our patients
* Responsible for appropriate appointment scheduling
* Tending to patients' needs in relation to appointments, medical letters, finances and reporting
* Completing admin tasks in a timely manner
* Effectively fulfilling admin requirements delegated from clinicians/senior team members
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is required
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
