Leadership & Team Management
Team Oversight : Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of agents to achieve and exceed sales targets and service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years of active, licensed real estate sales experience, with a significant portion dedicated to the luxury/premium residential market.
Licensure: Must hold a current, valid Real Estate Agent or Broker license in good standing.
Track Record: Documented history of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets in high-value transactions.
Leadership: Proven experience in a team lead, managerial, or supervisory role within a sales environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for engaging with affluent clientele and corporate partners.
