About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to work closely with our Administration and Corporate Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including customer service, student management, and data entry.
* Customer Service (including all incoming and outgoing calls)
* Student Management and data entry
* Assisting learners through the enrolment process, including collection of paperwork and evidence
* Supporting trainers with student enquiries
* Assistance with uploading content and resources to our Learning Management System
* Ordering of training resources for schools and trainers
* Providing overall administration support to the training team
* Other duties as required
About You
* RTO experience is ideal but not essential.
* Experience within Business Administration
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Strong computer skills
* High attention to detail
* Able to problem solve and work independently
* A high level of initiative
