Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation in the elevator and escalator industry.
* You will provide administrative support to the New Building Solutions Sales team.
* Engage in project invoicing and billing management.
* Input data and process sales records in Salesforce.
* Manage sales inquiries for New Building Solutions.
* Assist the sales team with contract and administration tasks.
* Formalise handover from sales to operations in conjunction with sales team.
* Liaise internally with sales, legal operational stakeholders.
* Assist operations with customer drawing approval including interior selections.
* Chair sales meetings and take the minutes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Sales Support position within the building services industry. They will also possess excellent communication skills with ability to work on cross-functional teams. Salesforce experience is an advantage, as is experience engaging in legal conversations. Exceptional time management and organisational skills are required.
