About the Role
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will represent the face of Oral‐B and the broader P&G Company to Dental Health Professionals and serve as the critical first point of contact in the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop key accounts in your assigned territory.
* Maintain accurate reporting of call activities and territory planning using a CRM system.
* Build strategic partnerships with Dental Professionals/Practices to grow usage and recommendations, improving Oral‐B's presence in dental practices.
* Collaborate to develop and implement strategies and business plans that deliver KPIs, including Call activity, Usage, Recommendation, and Sales.
* Develop expertise in Dental/Oral Health, clinical research, product knowledge, and persuasive selling.
* Provide product training, education, and customer service to Dental Professionals and key stakeholders.
* Join interstate dental industry events and conferences.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel on the job.
* Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university; healthcare/science background preferred.
* Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background.
* Experience in the Dental/Oral Health sector or qualification as a Registered Dental Professional (Dentist, Hygienist, OHT) is preferred but not required.
* Experience in Dental/Oral Care/Healthcare sales preferred.

* Experience using IT systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
* Willingness to relocate to Melbourne or already reside there.
