ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the DEJV team (Duratec & Ertech Joint Venture), supporting the delivery of major long‐term infrastructure projects in Rockingham, with an immediate start available.
As the Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation works, coordinating daily site activities, and leading electrical crews to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and HSEQ requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Assist with project planning activities, including reviewing specifications, identifying resource requirements, and contributing to risk planning.
* Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and implement practical solutions or escalates where required.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Provide leadership and support to team members through clear direction, coaching, and ensuring access to required tools and resources.
* Promote and maintain strong HSEQ standards by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and addressing any quality or safety concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
* WA Electrical Workers Licence
* CPCWHS1001 Construction White Card
* LVR / CPR (current)
* OHS Supervisor training or similar
* First Aid
* Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential)
* Australian Defence background is desirable
* MUST hold relevant Australian work rights
* Experience in high voltage installations desirable
