We are seeking an experienced Nursery / Toddler Assistant (Diploma Educator) to join our Pascoe Vale team on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is confident supporting a junior classroom, working alongside teachers to deliver high-quality, inquiry-based learning experiences, and building meaningful relationships with children and families.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of our junior program
* Assisting with planning and implementing learning experiences
* Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental learning
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
* Supporting daily routines and transitions
* Supporting leadership responsibilities once trained as Responsible Person
What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working toward)
* Experience supporting infants and toddlers
* Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS standards
* Passion for inquiry-based and play-based learning
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
