Head of Computing & Digital Literacy
Independent School, Cambridge. Full-time - Permanent.
Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded co‐educational independent prep school in Cambridge for an exceptional Head of Computing & Digital Literacy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a future‐focused Computing provision for pupils aged 3‐13, within a school known for academic excellence, innovation and a strong sense of community.
You will lead Computing and Digital Literacy across Years 3‐8, delivering a bespoke curriculum that exceeds National Curriculum expectations. The department is well resourced, with learning enhanced through robotics, Raspberry Pi devices, e‐safety and emerging AI literacy, and strong cross‐cultural links across STEM.
Working closely with senior leaders, STEM colleagues and the IT team, you will help shape the school's wider digital strategy within a Microsoft 365 environment.

* A relevant degree and teaching qualification
* Experience teaching and leading Computing and Digital Literacy
* Strong subject knowledge, including programming and digital safeguarding
* The ability to inspire pupils and lead a team effectively
