You have demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, project management support and high-level problem-solving skills in delivering on technological solutions. Your expertise in technical analysis, particularly in process modelling and requirements gathering, is essential. You are confident facilitating workshops and meetings with a wide range of business stakeholders, using your knowledge of technology combined with your business acumen to understand and address needs of the various audiences. Your day-to-day
* Explore a range of possible solutions and creative alternatives to contribute to system, process and business improvements that ensure successful organisational outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the effectiveness of tools, technology, methods, and standards, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with information technology, business areas, a multi-disciplinary agile team and multiple stakeholders, facilitating workshops to gather information and gain endorsement for requirements.
* Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve consensus on business priorities and system requirements.
* Analyse end-to-end business processes, gathering both business and system requirements to deliver optimal business outcomes.
* Lead initiatives and strategies using best practice methodologies to ensure business consistency and improved performance.
* Gather and translate business data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making.
* Implement project planning frameworks to optimise the efficiency and usability of systems and processes
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Consuming and interpreting technical information and documenting system requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business improvements.
* Proven experience in business process mapping, system improvement, and project management.
* Creating and translating roadmaps into meaningful user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics
* A collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
* An ability to work autonomously, with great time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* An ability to translate complex business requirements and concepts into easy-to-understand outputs
