Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a growing Real Estate organisation in Australia, and they are seeking an IT Support Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Level 1-2 helpdesk support to end users across Australia and New Zealand.
- Visiting different sites as needed to deliver timely deskside support to end users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Azure AD and Office 365 applications.
- Escalating issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
- Potential involvement in upcoming projects, including SharePoint migration, automation initiatives, ERP/CRM support, and software upgrades.
Details:
- Hybrid work arrangement in Brisbane.
- Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment.
- Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.
- Possibility of a permanent role is highly likely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support role (MSP experience highly regarded)
- Decent knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra), Intune, ITIL practices and experience using an ITSM tool.
- Proven deskside support experience in directly assisting end users.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
