Sales Representative/BDM – Gold Coast, bathroom and building products
Builders World is a growing specialist supplier of premium designer kitchen, bathroom fittings and fixtures. We partner with leading Australian and international brands to deliver high-quality products for residential and commercial projects across Southeast Qld.
We are seeking a driven, relationship‐focused Sales Representative/Business Development Manager to join our team, based out of our Nerang branch/showroom, servicing the Gold Coast region.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong industry relationships and driving sales growth across residential, commercial projects and our existing customer base.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships with builders, plumbers, developers, architects, interior designers and trade customers. You will promote our range of sanitaryware, plumbing fittings and fixtures while identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
* Actively generate new business and grow existing accounts.
* Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
* Promote leading brands across plumbing and bathroom products.
* Collaborate with leading industry brands and suppliers to ensure the delivery of high‐quality products and services to our customers.
* Work closely with the existing sales team - internal and external.
About You
* 5+ years of proven experience in sales (building products or related industry).
* Strong relationship building and communication skills – with a proven track record.
* Self‐motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously.
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
* Proven ability to proactively canvas and generate new sales opportunities.
* Professional, confident and customer‐focused, with a genuine passion for delivering high‐quality outcomes.
