Office Administrator – Black Rock Tourist Park (Port Hedland, WA)
Join our friendly team at Black Rock Tourist Park! We're looking for an Office Administrator who's organised, reliable, and enjoys helping people. You'll be the friendly face of the park, supporting guests and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on admin role based at our busy tourist park in Port Hedland. You'll assist with day‐to‐day operations including guest check‐ins, bookings, payments, and general office admin. Every day is different – you'll be working with great people in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Key Duties
* Greet and assist guests with check‐ins, check‐outs & enquiries
* Manage phone calls, emails & online bookings
* Process payments & maintain guest records
* Assist with rosters, timesheets & reporting
* Support management with general administration
* Help with other park tasks when needed
About You
* Previous admin, reception, or accommodation experience preferred
* Friendly, professional & great with people
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently & as part of a small team
* Experience in caravan park, hotel, or tourism setting is a bonus
