About the Role As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative civil solutions for electrical infrastructure projects. You’ll work across multiple high‑impact projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and guiding design partners to achieve excellence in engineering outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead concept and detailed design for civil elements of electrical infrastructure using Civil 3D or 12d.
Coordinate and guide civil design partners.
Provide structural design insights and constructability advice.
Prepare engineering estimates and contribute to long‑range planning and budgeting.
Drive business development through networking and industry engagement.
Lead tender and RFQ proposals.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their technical development.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BEng) with 7–10 years of experience.
Chartered status with EA, RPEV, RPEQ, and NER.
Advanced technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills in civil infrastructure.
Proficiency in digital engineering tools and design software.
Strong communication skills, including proposal writing and stakeholder presentations.
Initiative and independence in setting and achieving goals.
