This independent referral centre, established in May 2022, is growing rapidly and handles an exciting and diverse caseload. The hospital specialises in small animal cases, with occasional exotic and zoo animals such as lions, capybaras, and orangutans. The facility includes state‐of‐the‐art surgical theatres, complete with dedicated soft‐tissue and orthopaedic theatres, positive airflow, a free‐standing steam autoclave, and advanced equipment for thoracoscopy, arthroscopy, and laparoscopic procedures.
Departments
You will be part of a collaborative surgical team that includes one board‐certified surgeon, a resident in training, two surgical interns, and a full complement of nurses. The hospital also boasts a team of specialists in internal medicine and diagnostic imaging, providing a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Qualifications Required
* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
* Board certification in veterinary surgery (FANZCVS, ACVS, ECVS) or Registrar level
* Eligible for specialist registration in South Australia
