About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Architect & AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data architectures and intelligent data pipelines. This pivotal role will establish a single source of truth across the organization, enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven decision-making.
You'll work across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP, integrating data from diverse systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, JobReady, aXcelerate) while ensuring robust governance, automation, and security practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and maintain scalable data architectures using Azure Data Warehouse, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Data Bricks, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps
* Build and optimize ETL pipelines and automation workflows across cloud platforms
* Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI & GA4
* Implement and manage solutions using GCP Big Query and other Google Cloud services
* Ensure data governance, quality, metadata management, and security
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers and analysts
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' experience in data engineering/architecture with exposure to AI engineering
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
* Hands-on experience with CRM/LMS integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, JobReady, aXcelerate)
* Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, machine learning frameworks, and AI model deployment
* Desirable: experience with big data (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), real-time processing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
* Certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies highly regarded
