Responsibilities / What Youll Do
* Keep airport travellers fed by bulk-preparing high-quality, fresh, ready-to-go display meals.
* Deliver quick and delicious made-to-order dishes from our menu during high-pressure peak mornings.
* Work independently to maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked kitchen environment at all times.
* Take ownership of kitchen hygiene including essential dishwashing and station sanitisation duties.
* Ensure every item leaving the kitchen meets strict consistency and food safety standards.
About You
* Hold a valid RSA and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate to lead the kitchen with confidence.
* Maintain your own reliable transport and a current drivers licence for easy airport access.
* You are an early riser comfortable with 4:20 AM starts and regular weekend rostered shifts.
* Proven experience in bulk cooking and prep work within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
* A self-motivated professional who takes pride in working autonomously to get the job done.
