At Training Alliance Group, we're growing our Southern Region and looking for Career Coaches who lead with empathy, think on their feet, and genuinely care about seeing people thrive in work and in life.
This isn't a desk job. It's relationship work. You'll walk alongside people living with disability, injury, or health conditions, helping them cut through barriers, build confidence, and land jobs that actually fit their lives.
What you'll be doing
Working within the Inclusive Employment Australia program, you'll carry a caseload of participants and own their journey from first meeting to employment outcome. Day to day, that looks like:
* Building real relationships, understanding each person's goals, strengths, and what gets in the way
* Creating tailored action plans that are honest, practical, and genuinely participant-led
* Connecting participants with employers who are ready to hire inclusively
* Supporting those employers to make the adjustments that make good hires stick
* Working alongside our Employer Specialists to open doors and keep them open
Who we're looking for
You don't need a specific background — you need the right instincts. We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Get genuine satisfaction from helping people move forward
* Know how to hold space for someone without letting go of the outcome
* Can manage competing priorities without losing the personal touch
* Are organised, accountable, and thrive in an autonomous environment
Experience in employment services, case management, or community services is a bonus, not a prerequisite. If you've got transferable skills and the drive, we'll back you.
What you'll need
* Full Australian working rights
* Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
* Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
* MyGovID account (or willingness to set one up)
