A leading infrastructure advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director – Infrastructure Transactions (Commercial) to lead the commercial strategy, structuring, valuation, and execution of major infrastructure transactions, with a strong public‑sector focus.
This is a senior, transaction‑led role working closely with government clients, supporting projects from approved investment decisions through to commercial and financial close.
The Role
Lead transaction strategy, commercial structuring, and procurement execution
Apply government policy, funding, and regulatory frameworks to structure robust, market‑ready transactions
Lead valuation, bid evaluation, and value‑for‑money assessments
Drive commercial negotiations through to contract close
Advise on delivery models including PPP, D&C, alliances, and hybrid structures
Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior government and agency stakeholders
You
Proven experience in infrastructure transactions, commercial advisory, or deal execution
Strong experience working with government clients and procurement frameworks
Proven capability leading complex negotiations and transaction close
Deep expertise in commercial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation
Comfortable engaging at senior executive, steering committee, and investment committee level
