Fiduciary Administration Services – Geraldton WA
Fiduciary Administration Services (FAS) manages complex trusts and Corporations on behalf of Native Title holders.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for financial reporting and compliance across native title trusts and related entities
* Prepare financial statements, review of tax returns, GST and reporting for trust distributions and community funds
* Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure continuity, accuracy, and timely delivery of work
* Support governance and reporting obligations for PBCs/RNTBCs
* Liaise with Indigenous organisations, boards, legal advisors, and government stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with fiduciary duties, trust deeds, and relevant legislation
* Assist with audits and maintain high standards of financial integrity
About You
* CPA qualified (or equivalent) with current membership min 3-5 Years experience
* Experience in trust accounting, fiduciary services, or not-for-profit/Indigenous sectors (highly regarded)
* Ability to work collaboratively with strong communication skills
* High level of integrity, and professionalism
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Australian work rights are essential for this position
* Experience working with complex Trusts, entities reporting to the ACNC & ORIC.
* Familiarity with funding agreements and community benefit distribution models
