Join our dynamic team in Kalgoorlie – kickstart your career as a physiotherapist! We are an enthusiastic private practice located in the heart of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, and we are looking for a new graduate physiotherapist to join our close‐knit community.
About the role
We are committed to excellence in patient care and professional development. We offer a 12‐month structured mentoring programme for new graduates that provides guidance and support for advanced skill development and potential career pathways such as senior physiotherapist, clinical mentor, or speciality areas including sports, musculoskeletal, pain management, Pilates, and women's health.
As a new graduate you will work closely with experienced physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, orthopaedic surgeons, and community groups, and you will have a diverse caseload that includes sports, musculoskeletal, pre‐ and post‐operative orthopaedic management, Pilates and movement‐based therapy, occupational health, paediatrics and NDIS populations.
Our team fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment with monthly team social events and a strong sense of community. Work is structured around a 4‐day workweek to support work‐life balance.
We offer a competitive base salary starting at $80,000 for full registration, with performance‐based bonuses and potential earnings up to $90‐100,000 as you advance. Additionally, we provide professional development support including an internal ongoing CPD programme, 1‐hour mentoring sessions twice a week, fortnightly 11⁄2‐hour in‐house CPD sessions, and a $2,000 CPD allowance. We also support applications for rural training scholarships when offered by Rural Health West.
