Job Title: In-Home Care Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an In-Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in in-home care, you will provide support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
As an In-Home Care Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and domestic assistance to our clients. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as completing light housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their own homes
* Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Completing light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and meal preparation
* Transporting clients to appointments or activities
* Providing social and community support to clients
Requirements:
* A minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
* A genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
* Previous experience in disability or aged care is preferred
* A smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check
* A Police Check issued within the last 6 months
* A current First Aid Certificate
* A valid driver's licence and a road-worthy, insured vehicle
