Job Title:
Operations Coordinator
* Provides administrative support to field-based staff and contractors.
* Maintains business systems, work records, and system records for field crews and resource partners.
* Coordinates logistics, safety gear, and consumables distribution.
* Processes invoices and ensures accurate project close-out documentation.
* Assists with fault data management and metering operations.
* Facilitates communication and documentation access for field teams.
The position requires strong attention to detail, intermediate SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in field support or trade administration is preferred, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced operational setting.
