About the Opportunity

This role offers:

* Completion of a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business Administration
* Structured on‐the‐job learning and formal training
* Ongoing support, supervision and development
* First point of contact for clients and visitors while building valuable administration skills in a supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities

* Provide reception and front desk support (meet and greet, phones, messages)
* Maintain administrative systems, records and filing
* Assist with meeting coordination and minute taking
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Order office and kitchen supplies and maintain shared spaces
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
* Contribute to a safe, respectful and culturally secure workplace

About You

* Motivated to build a career in administration & business services
* Committed to dedicating a minimum of 12 months to complete the qualification
* Possesses good communication and organisational skills
* Can manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
* Demonstrates reliability, professionalism and willingness to learn

No formal qualifications are required – we will support your learning through the traineeship.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Aboriginal identified traineeship – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply
* Willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
